Welcome to the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in the Dominican Republic!

The Dominican-Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Santo Domingo was founded in 1989 by Dutch businessmen that made the Dominican Republic their home and Dominicans that were interested in trade with The Netherlands.

We know very well our market and would like you to consider us as you partner when you decide doing business with the Dominican Republic.

The Chamber maintains very good relations with the Royal Dutch Embassy in Santo Domingo, other Chambers of Commerce, Government and the many business (sector) organizations in the Dominican Republic as well as the Netherlands-Caribbean Chamber of Trade and Industry and the Dominican Embassy in The Hague.

Our main focus is the promotion of trade and investment between the Dominican Republic and The Kingdom of the Netherlands. We do this by assisting companies with:

• Match making, finding business partners

• Advertising on our web, to promote your company, products or services

• Secretarial services, companies that travel to the Dominican Republic, we can assist you with making all previous arrangements prior to your trip. While you are here we would continue to assist you with secretarial services; organizing meetings with potential partners, phone, faxes, translation and e-mail services.

• Direct Mail campaign or market researches

• Official and no official Dutch-Spanish and Spanish-Dutch translations of documents

• Organizing seminars and fairs

• Others

You might consider interesting one of the options we discuss here and which is the special Free Zones and agriculture business (Green houses) another interesting options is installing yourself near the border with Haiti taking advantage of the special incentive law the Dominican government has to offer in order to help develop that particular region.

If you decide to come to our country you might consider combining your business trip with some holidays, because the Dominican Republic is one of the nicest and most popular Caribbean tourist destinations.
